a couple questions

I am 35, and have given birth to 3 children and need some advice on damage control as this has obviously taken a toll out of my person.  My youngest is about 19 months old, and I only have about 10 more pounds to go before I am okay with myself.  I have been going to the gym 2 times a week for weight training, and doing cardio at home 3 times a week, but in all of this I cannot seem to find the master formula.  These last few inches around my belly refuse to budge!  It is really starting to bother me.  I am getting to the frustrated stage of weight loss.  Any advice would be the greatest, and I would certainly appreciate if one of my readers could help out with this strenuous issue, thanks! Maybe I should try distance running  to keep myself trim might be the answer. If I can push myself to the limit running as far as I can, also, I might try some products from the health food store that help speed up your matabolism, they are very helpfull there.

The mental faculty

The thought that our food has a lot to say about brain function can be a little intimidating especially if you are on a pizza, beer and hamburger diet. If my paleo diet makes me a somewhat smarter individual than so be it. I do think that, and I have written as much on my health blog, my memory and retention skills or faculties have much improved with fish oil and the use of this very well balanced diet that I am involved in. Being that it is barbecue season, it sometimes makes me a little sad to watch some of my friends, not all of them, eat things like burgers and chips and potato salad and toss that down with a cherry coke or an adult beverage. But I know at the end of the day, I will just simply feel better than they will especially sitting out in the sun, alcohol makes people sweat like there is no tomorrow, and since I will be eating ribs with no sauce and drinking water with no sauce I feel I will have just as much fun and I will feel so much better.

Life has interesting turns

The things that follow you around in this world and the things that make you safe are the reasons we feel the need to never want to change our daily patterns. In as much as everyone in this world seemingly wants to find someone and have the rest of there lives be lead in a glorious affair of life and love and happiness always, its the patters that we have become comfortable with and patterns that have become who we are. And it is scary for us to deviated from them. This is why so many people never leave the town of there birth.

Feeling Anew

I woke up today feeling great. I went out last night and participated in the usual hijinx. When I got home, I took a couple of omega 3 capsules just before I went to bed. I must have slept for about 8 hours or so. But it was a blessed 8 hours. The dreams I had were so vivid. There was one where I was a kite, but instead of being tied to a string, I was tied to a chain. And the chain was constantly tugging at me and pulling me down to the ground. I don’t know what it means. All I remember is waking up just before I hit the ground. It was a scary ending, but when I woke up, I felt so refreshed. I don’t know if some of the omega 3 benefits are vivid dreams or restful sleeps, but I think they are connected some how. I’ll have to do some more research. Wikipedia, here I come!

This is the new hope

Besides my dog being crazy and all that stuff I have been watching the political debates about the last couple times that Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama have been debating. I can tell you that this last debate was a very detailed one and it was good to see that Barack Obama was making headway into the land of specifics. I believe that we need a great deal of change in America and we need it from many different angles. We need to stop feeding our children fast foods like McDonlads and Taco Bell instead we need to give them vegetables and fruits and fish, while also supplementing there diet with things like the best antioxidant which is resveratrol. We should be taking them to the vitamin shop instead of the burger king!

Oh my God, my dog is crazy!!

I took my dog out for a walk the other day and he just went absolutely ape shizzy on me, I couldn’t believe it, it was so nuts. I have never seen him act like that before. I have a wrottweiller and his name is Bully. I love Bully so much but lately he has started acting crazy. I think he might be suffering from some lonliness or something. I started a new job and I have to go into work pretty early in the morning and that used to be the time that Bully and I would go take a walk in the park and then take a shower together. Bully loves to take long hot showers with me. I have this huge walk in shower and he just goes nuts! I think I might have to start taking him into work with me, but I just started working at this new job. I don’t want to put anyone off by it.
